ITIS is looking for experienced CRM professional to fill a permanent senior CRM position in Toronto. Extremely fast paced, and creative work environment.

Qualifications

- Excellent communications, analytic and problem solving skills
- Mentoring/Coaching experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT Industry and related organizations.
- 3+ years business/consulting experience, software application/system implementation experience and/ or specific industry expertise in CRM
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

- Has responsibility for successful implementation of the product at a customer’s site.
- Analyzes and maps clients’ business requirements and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on Frontrange products to clients.
- Accurately maintains documentation of time and expense reports, along with additional administrative tasks.
- Assists with preparation of training materials; teach on-site classes as required.
- Provides mentoring/support to inexperienced colleagues

Candidates must have completed post-secondary education (University/College). Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organization skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work well as part of a team. Previous IT industry experience is a definite asset.
