ITIS is looking for experienced, full
time, sales manager. Candidates must have a
computer background, and direct sales experience,
preferably in the IT industry. Extremely fast
paced, and creative work environment.
Qualifications
Completion of post-secondary education, preferably
with a Business or Marketing/Sales concentration.
3-5 years in computer related sales experience.
Skilled negotiator and effective presentation
skills.
Extensive software product knowledge in CRM
and E-commerce a definite asset.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop Sales and Marketing Associates
within a given territory.
Develop and implement territory management
tools.
Present the company, our products and services
and oneself in a positive manner to address
customers concerns and questions as well as
educating the Sales and Marketing Associates
and Trainees.
Demonstrate negotiation skills, determine
costs and identify and create mutual interests.
Lead by example, develop team-based goals
in conjunction with staff members and assess
developmental potential of staff.
Assist the Sales Manager, Independent Business
with annual territory sales budget forecasts
and territory operating expenses.
Establish a close working relationship with
Sales Manager, Independent Business, District
Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Associates,
Marketing Associate Trainees..
Position requires travel within Ontario.
Ongoing projects as assigned by Sales Manager,
Independent Business.
